Return & Exchange Policy

At Boldbooty, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Hygiene Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

How to Start a Return
- Email support@boldbooty.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you return instructions (and a prepaid label if your return qualifies)
- Pack the item(s) securely with tags attached and ship them back within 14 days of your return request
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free — email support@boldbooty.com and we'll process it once your original item is received, subject to availability. Return shipping for a straight refund (not an exchange) is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@boldbooty.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
Sale Items
Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
