Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free Shipping: on orders $100+
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $6.95 flat rate on orders under $100
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.95
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $24.95

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. APO/FPO orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 7–14 business days; some items may have restrictions based on APO/FPO regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you don't have it:

1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or your leasing office
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" before they're actually delivered
4. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
5. Email support@boldbooty.com and we'll help you follow up

Boldbooty is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address for high-theft areas.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and email support@boldbooty.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the products inside are damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact support@boldbooty.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Rates vary by state and local jurisdiction.
